Laundromat Attendant

Join Our Team at Princess Laundry!

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Laundromat Attendant at Princess Laundry in Lincoln, NE. As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with laundry operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. We will always be accepting applications online, but not necessarily always hiring. WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING!

Pay Range: $15/hr - $17/hr

Shifts Hiring:

  • Sunday through Thursday 4p-10:30p
  • Friday and Saturday 4p-10:30p

  • Saturday and Sunday 8a-4p

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with laundry services and answer any questions they may have
  • Ensure all laundry machines are in working order and report any maintenance issues
  • Fold and package laundry for customers according to their preferences
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace to provide a welcoming environment for customers
  • Handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated to take on additional tasks as needed
